Baked Bananas

Ingredients

Directions

The book gives no oven temperature. The 350°F (175°C) in the steps was added when the recipe was transcribed, as a starting point.

  1. Tear down a narrow strip from each banana and lay them, torn side upward, in a baking pan.

  2. Cover and bake for about 30 minutes at 350°F (175°C).

  3. Carefully peel the bananas and serve with hot cream mixed with melted butter poured over them.
