Ingredients

Directions

  1. If celery is unavailable, chop cooked chicken or turkey.

  2. Mix in half the amount of finely chopped cabbage that has been soaked in celery vinegar for 1 hour.

  3. Add a few fresh celery seeds to the dressing prepared for chicken salad.

  4. Combine all ingredients thoroughly.

  5. For extra flavor, add a little more mustard and a pinch of cayenne pepper.

  6. If cabbage is not available, use prepared white lettuce instead.
