Ice-creams, Etc

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Procure a triple-motion patent freezer, ice, and rock salt.

  2. Use only pure cream and fruit juices.

  3. Rinse the freezer can and paddle with cold water.

  4. Pack the cream pail with layers of ice and rock salt until full.

  5. Turn the crank slowly for a smooth texture.

  6. When water reaches the hole and you can't turn anymore, it's frozen.

  7. Let someone else turn for five more minutes.

  8. Pour off the water, wipe the cover, and uncover carefully to avoid salt mixing with the cream.

  9. Remove the paddle, pack the cream firmly, cover tightly, and seal the hole with thick paper or cork.
