Ingredients

Directions

  1. Arrange slices of peeled pumpkin in a buttered pan.

  2. Season with coarse sea salt and moisten with roast meat gravy.

  3. Bake and baste until done.

  4. Alternatively, bake plain slices without peeling and serve like baked potatoes.

  5. For a different method, steam slices for ten minutes, then place in a buttered pan.

  6. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and bake until done and glazy.

  7. Serve immediately.
