Mustard Plaster

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the ground black mustard with boiling water until thick enough to spread.

  2. Take a piece of thin muslin, larger than the plaster size, and spread the mustard in the center of one half, leaving a 1-inch border.

  3. Fold the other half of the muslin over the mustard, then place the plaster on a bandage and apply it warm.
