Ingredients

Directions

The book gives no oven temperature. The 300°F (150°C) in the steps was added when the recipe was transcribed, as a starting point.

  1. Wash and dry the rhubarb stalks.

  2. Slice the rhubarb and fill a pie plate lined with pie crust.

  3. Sprinkle a thick layer of sugar over the rhubarb.

  4. Sift a little flour on top.

  5. Cover with the top crust and bake at 300°F (150°C) until done.
