Veal Cutlet

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Season the veal cutlets with pepper and coarse sea salt.

  2. Dip each cutlet into the beaten egg, then coat with flour.

  3. Heat the skillet with salt pork gravy.

  4. Carefully lay the veal cutlets in the skillet and cook slowly until browned.

  5. Turn the cutlets gently to avoid losing the crust.

  6. Once cooked, remove the cutlets and make gravy by adding a little water and flour if desired.
