Artificial Mushroom Beds

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare a box about 3 feet long, 1.5 feet wide, and 7 inches deep, filling it halfway with fresh horse dung.

  2. Beat down the manure well.

  3. After 2-3 days, when the manure generates heat, break mushroom spawn into 3-inch pieces.

  4. Lay the pieces 4 inches apart on the surface of the manure.

  5. Leave the spawn for 6 days to allow it to start growing.
