Filtered Coffee
Ingredients
Directions
Place the fine strainer in the upper cylindrical vessel of the French coffee biggin.
Add the finely ground coffee to the strainer.
Set a coarser strainer on top of the coffee, ensuring it has a rod in the center.
Pour boiling water over the coffee, allowing it to flow through the strainer.
Keep the pot hot but do not let it boil until all the water has passed through.
