Veal Soup

Ingredients

Directions

Make the soup

  1. Combine the veal and water in a large pot and bring to a boil.

  2. Strain the veal soup and season with salt and pepper.

  3. Optionally add onions or celery for additional flavor.

Cook and add the macaroni

  1. Boil the macaroni in a separate dish in enough water to cover it until tender. Add a little butter to the macaroni after cooking.

  2. Add the cooked macaroni along with the water it was boiled in to the soup.
