Roast Turkey

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Soak zwieola in 5 cups of hot water for 15 minutes.

  2. Sieve the hard-boiled eggs and add to the zwieola.

  3. Dissolve the peanut butter in water and add it to the mixture.

  4. Beat the raw eggs and mix them with the other ingredients thoroughly.

  5. If the mixture is too dry, add more water until it holds shape.

  6. Oil a piece of sheet iron with nut oil.

  7. Place a thick piece of muslin saturated with oil on the sheet iron.

  8. Shape the mixture into a turkey form on the muslin, making the breast full and high.

  9. Press the mixture together with oiled hands to prevent sticking.

  10. Take a large tablespoon of the mixture and press a stick of macaroni into the center, leaving 2 inches protruding.

  11. Shape the mixture around the macaroni to form a turkey leg, using egg white to secure it.
