Cherry Wine
Ingredients
Directions
Select sweet black cherries and remove the stems, discarding any wormy ones.
Wash the cherries thoroughly and cook them in a granite stew-pan with enough water to nearly cover them, stirring often.
Allow the mixture to cool, then pour it into a jelly bag and squeeze out all the juice.
Reheat the juice to boiling point and can it like other wines.
