Baked Black Bass

Ingredients

Directions

The book gives no oven temperature. The 350°F (175°C) in the steps was added when the recipe was transcribed, as a starting point.

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a bowl, mix the chopped onions, bread crumbs, softened butter, salt, pepper, and anchovy sauce until the mixture is a deep red color.

  3. Stuff the fish with the mixture and pour any remaining mixture over the top.

  4. Sprinkle a little red pepper on top before baking.
