Making Bread
Ingredients
Directions
In a large baking trough, make a deep hole in the center of the flour.
Pour diluted yeast into the hole and stir in enough flour to create a thin batter.
Cover the batter with dry flour and a cloth.
Let the sponge sit until it swells and cracks appear.
When the cracks stop widening, proceed to make the dough.
