Poha Jam Surprises

Ingredients

Directions

The book gives no oven temperature. The 400°F (200°C) in the steps was added when the recipe was transcribed, as a starting point.

  1. Make soft, thin baking powder biscuit rounds about the size of saucers.

  2. Spread a little poha jam on one side of a biscuit round.

  3. Place another biscuit round on top, wet the edges, and pinch them together.

  4. Bake quickly at 400°F (200°C) and serve warm.
