Rice Mush

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash the rice and boil it until the grains are soft without stirring.

  2. Once done, uncover and let the steam escape.

  3. For fruited rice mush, place the washed rice in a wet bag, filling it about one-fourth full, and mix in raisins if desired.

  4. Boil or steam the bagged rice until cooked.
