Potato and Cucumber Salad

  1. In a salad bowl, layer thinly sliced cold boiled potatoes, cucumbers, celery, and hard-boiled eggs.

  2. Reserve one egg for garnish on top.

  3. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, vinegar, salt, pepper, and onion juice.

  4. Pour the mixture over the layered vegetables.

  5. Let it stand in a cold place for 1-2 hours.

  6. Pour a boiled dressing over the salad before serving.

  7. Garnish with celery leaves.
