Turkey Roast

Ingredients

Directions

The book gives no oven temperature. The 350°F (175°C) in the steps was added when the recipe was transcribed, as a starting point.

  1. Lay slices of pickled pork over the turkey breast and under the wings.

  2. Mix flour and water to make a paste and spread it over the pork.

  3. Roast the turkey in a 350°F (175°C) oven, basting as usual.

  4. Remove the paste cover 10 to 15 minutes before taking the turkey out of the oven.
