  1. Dissolve the yeast, salt, and sugar in lukewarm water and milk.

  2. Add enough flour to form a firm dough.

  3. Cover the dough and let it rise until it doubles in size.

  4. Knead the dough down firmly and let it rise again.

  5. Repeat the kneading and rising process one more time.

  6. Mould the dough into round balls and place them on greased baking sheets, spaced apart.

  7. Let the rolls rise again before baking.
