Vienna Rolls

Ingredients

Directions

The book gives no oven temperature. The 350°F (175°C) in the steps was added when the recipe was transcribed, as a starting point.

  1. Mould the Vienna bread dough into small balls.

  2. Let the balls rise slightly.

  3. Roll each ball with the palm of your hand to form pointed ends.

  4. Place the rolls on greased baking sheets, ensuring they do not touch.

  5. Let the rolls rise again.

  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C).

  7. Brush the tops with milk before serving.
