Pie Crust
Ingredients
Directions
In a large bowl, combine flour and salt.
Cut cold lard into tiny pieces using a knife.
Gradually add cold water while stirring with a knife until the mixture comes together.
Handle the dough as little as possible when rolling it out.
For a flakier top crust, roll out a strip of dough, place small bits of butter on it, sprinkle with flour, roll it up, and then roll out again.
