Frozen Pudding

Ingredients

• sponge cake, sliced
• banana, sliced
• smooth jelly
• macaroons
• 1 teaspoon gelatine
• steamed custard

Directions

1. Layer the mould with slices of sponge cake.

2. Add a layer of sliced banana.

3. Pour in a layer of smooth jelly.

4. Add a layer of macaroons.

5. Repeat layers until the mould is full.

6. Dissolve 1 teaspoon of gelatine in the steamed custard.

7. Once cool, pour the custard over the layers.

8. Freeze until solid.
