  1. Select the largest and finest peaches.

  2. Rub the dirt off the peaches with a clean cloth.

Arrange and garnish

  1. Arrange the peaches on a dish in a diamond shape, piling them up to your desired height.

  2. Cut paper peach leaves and use them to build around the peaches, or use real leaves if available.

  3. Place a circle of leaves around the base of the fruit.
