Ingredients

Directions

  1. Dissolve rock alum in boiling water in a wide-mouthed vessel.

  2. Once cool, hang a few grasses in the solution at a time.

  3. Ensure the grasses are not too heavy for the stems to support.

  4. Reheat the alum solution and add more grasses.

  5. Add a little food coloring for variety if desired.
