Beef Tea

Ingredients

Directions

Make the beef tea

  1. Cut the beef into small pieces and place it in a tightly corked bottle.

  2. Submerge the bottle in a kettle of warm water and bring the water to a boil.

  3. Allow the water to boil for a considerable time.

  4. Remove the bottle and pour out the contents.

  5. Optionally, add a little salt to the tea and serve 1 teaspoon at a time.

Alternative: juice a steak

  1. Alternatively, broil a thick steak slightly until the juices start to flow.

  2. Squeeze the steak thoroughly with a lemon squeezer to extract the juice.
