Chicken and Ham Pie

Ingredients

Directions

The book gives no oven temperature. The 400°F (200°C) in the steps was added when the recipe was transcribed, as a starting point.

  1. Season the slices of boiled ham and lay them on the puff pastry.

  2. Season the pieces of chicken and place them on top of the ham, along with the yolks of hard-boiled eggs.

  3. Cover with more slices of ham and season again.

  4. Add some gravy and cover with puff pastry on top.

  5. Bake thoroughly at 400°F (200°C).

  6. If serving hot, add more gravy after baking.
