Tomato Salad
Ingredients
Directions
Peel the small round tomatoes whole.
Cut the tomatoes across both ways, leaving them attached at the bottom.
Place each tomato on a small lettuce leaf.
Top each tomato with a spoonful of mayonnaise dressing.
Optionally, scoop out the insides of the tomatoes, mix with chopped sweet peppers and a little onion, then fill the tomato shells with this mixture and serve on lettuce leaves.
