Fried Veal Steak with Crumbs

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Heat enough fat in a frying pan to prevent sticking.

  2. When the fat is hot, add the veal steaks.

  3. Brown one side, then season with salt and turn to brown the other side.

  4. Remove the veal from the fat and dip each piece in the crumbs on both sides.

  5. Reduce the heat and return the veal to the pan, cooking slowly until well done, turning several times.
