Veal and Ham

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Heat a frying pan over high heat.

  2. Fry the ham without adding fat unless it is very lean.

  3. Once cooked, place the ham on a serving dish.

  4. In the same pan, cook the veal in the leftover juices until it is deep brown.

  5. After the veal is done, add a little water to the pan to create gravy.

  6. Season the gravy with pepper and pour it over the meat.
