To Serve Gelatine Jelly

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare the gelatin according to package instructions.

  2. Layer fruit in a mold and pour a small amount of liquid gelatin over it; let it set.

  3. Once set, cover with more gelatin and repeat with additional layers of fruit.

  4. For marbled jelly, allow the first layer to partially cool before adding a second layer of a different color.

  5. To make orange baskets, cut the top and bottom off large oranges, then cut around the sides to create a handle and remove the pulp.

  6. Fill the orange baskets with jelly or jelly squares and serve on a bed of ice.
