Cinnamon Cake

Ingredients

Directions

The book gives no oven temperature. The 350°F (175°C) in the steps was added when the recipe was transcribed, as a starting point.

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a bowl, mix sour cream, sugar, melted butter, egg, and baking soda until well combined.

  3. Roll out the dough as you would for cookies.

  4. Spread ground cinnamon over the top of the rolled dough.

  5. Roll the dough up like a jelly roll.

  6. Slice the roll with a sharp knife.

  7. Bake in the preheated oven until golden.
