Graham Bread

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare a sponge as you would for white bread.

  2. Stir in about one-third the amount of graham flour that you will use of white flour to thicken the mixture.

  3. Add coarse sea salt to taste and enough sugar to sweeten slightly.

  4. Do not mix as stiff as for white bread, and do not let the loaves rise too much before baking.
