  2. In a saucepan, combine the noodles with the Bechamel sauce and heat well.

  3. Add the butter and grated Parmesan cheese, then season to taste.

  5. Transfer the noodles to a tin pan and press lightly.

  6. Finish them as you would rice crusts.
