I always thinks flavors from the other side of the world will be impossible to replicate at home. I have an unhealthy affection for Thai curry, and after countless take out orders, and asking the advice of world traveler friends, I decided to try my hand at an “Americanized” version of my obsession.I use this sauce for everything! Soup base, thickened and served over chicken, pork, beef, and even tomato salad.
