Spinach Green
Ingredients
Directions
Pound the spinach well, adding a few drops of water.
Squeeze the juice through a cloth and place it over a strong fire.
Once it looks curdy, remove it from the heat and strain the liquid through a sieve.
The residue on the sieve will be the coloring matter.
