Green Gooseberries and Currants
Ingredients
Directions
Gather green gooseberries and currants on a dry day after the dew has dried.
Place the fruit in clean, dry bottles.
Seal the bottles tightly while hot to drive out air.
Optionally, place sealed bottles in hot water for a few minutes to speed up oxygen absorption.
Store the bottles in a cool, dry place.
