Filtered Coffee
Ingredients
Directions
Create a sack from fine flannel, larger than the top of your coffee pot.
Sew the side seam, leaving an opening at the top.
Bend the wire into a circle and insert it into the hem at the top of the sack.
Fill the sack with coffee and lower it into the coffee pot.
Spread the wire ends apart and push them down over the pot's top, sealing in the aroma.
