Blueberry Pickles

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Pick over the blueberries, using only sound ones.

  2. Fill jars or wide-mouthed bottles to within 1 inch of the top with blueberries.

  3. Pour in enough molasses to fill all spaces, adding more as it settles.

  4. Cover the top with a piece of cotton cloth to keep insects out.

  5. Store in a cool, dark place.
