Brandied Fruits with Jelly
Ingredients
Directions
Pour a little jelly over the brandied fruits when the jelly is quite cold but not set.
Use ingenuity to arrange the fruits in circles, pouring jelly successively over each layer.
Do not reheat the jelly; keep it in a warm place while the mold is on ice and the first layers are hardening.
Recipe from a historical cookbook (Internet Archive).
