Pork Steaks

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut the pork into slices.

  2. Season with Cayenne pepper, coarse sea salt, and pulverized sage.

  3. Fry the slices until they are a fine brown on both sides.

  4. Place a form of cranberry sauce in the center of the dish.

  5. Lay the slices of pork around the cranberry sauce.

  6. If preferred, use apple sauce instead of cranberry sauce, piled in the center.
