Ranks compare each pair with 20,000 random ingredient pairs on CompKitchen. How we score pairs

What each ingredient does

Parsnips
Provide the sugars and flavour that the fermentation turns into alcohol.
Sugar
Feeds the yeast during fermentation, producing alcohol and carbon dioxide.
Cream of tartar
Adds acidity, which helps keep the wine stable and tastes brighter.
