Yeast Poultice

Ingredients

• 3 ounces fluid yeast
• ¼ pound flour or oatmeal or flaxseed or Indian meal
• hot water

Directions

1. Combine fluid yeast with hot water.

2. Stir in flour, oatmeal, flaxseed, or Indian meal until mixed.

3. Heat the mixture while stirring until hot or let it rise by the fire.

4. Spread the mixture on muslin and apply while fermenting.
