Very Light Paste

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix the flour and water together.

  2. Roll the paste out and lay bits of butter on it.

  3. Beat the egg white and brush it over the paste before folding.

  4. Repeat brushing with egg white and adding butter each time until all the egg white is used.

  5. This will make the paste rise and become very flaky.
