Oyster Patties

Ingredients

Directions

The book gives no oven temperature. The 400°F (200°C) in the steps was added when the recipe was transcribed, as a starting point.

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Line a patty pan with fine puff pastry.

  3. Place a piece of crust in the center to prevent sinking.

  4. Bake until golden brown, then remove the crust.

  5. Fill the pastry with oyster sauce and sprinkle with bread crumbs.

  6. Cover and serve hot.
