Soda Biscuits

Ingredients

Directions

The book gives no oven temperature. The 400°F (200°C) in the steps was added when the recipe was transcribed, as a starting point.

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a bowl, mix the baking soda with the sour milk until combined.

  3. Add enough sour milk to form a soft dough.

  4. Roll out the dough and cut into biscuits.

  5. Place the biscuits on a baking sheet and bake until golden.
