Lavender-water

Ingredients

• 1 pound lavender flowers
• 1 quart water

Directions

1. Pick the lavender flowers from the stalks.

2. Place the flowers in a cold still and add the water.

3. Distill very slowly over a slow fire.

4. After distillation, clean the still and return the lavender water to it.

5. Distill the lavender water again as slowly as before.

6. Bottle the double-distilled lavender water and cork it well until needed.
