Ingredients

Directions

  1. Infuse hartshorn, cinnamon, cardamoms, caraway, saffron, sherry, and brandy in a stone jar, tightly sealed, for 48 hours.

  2. Strain the mixture into a cold still and let it drip onto the sugar candy.

  3. Transfer the liquid into small bottles, cork, and seal them.

  4. Adjust the dose according to the patient's age and condition; typically, half a wineglass in a little water is recommended.
