What each ingredient does

Java coffee
Provides the main coffee flavor and aroma of the brew.
Mocha coffee
Adds deeper, richer coffee flavor to the blend.
Ground coffee
Gives the brew its strength and concentrated coffee flavor.
Cold cream
Adds richness and softens the bitterness of the brewed coffee.

The step that matters

Bring to a quick boil for 2-3 minutes. Boiling extracts flavor from the grounds, but boiling too long over-extracts bitter compounds and can make the coffee harsh. Timing the boil keeps the flavor balanced.
