What each ingredient does

White grapes
Form the main body of the cocktail, providing juicy, sweet fruit flavour and a cool texture.
Powdered sugar
Dissolves quickly into the grape juice, adding sweetness without grittiness.
Sherry wine or orange juice
Adds acidity and aroma, moistening the fruit and balancing its sweetness.
Brandied cherry
Adds a rich, sweet garnish and a boozy aroma on top.
