Ingredients

Directions

The book gives no oven temperature. The 400°F (200°C) in the steps was added when the recipe was transcribed, as a starting point.

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Take a tin box of sufficient size and depth.

  3. Place a layer of wet rock-weed in the bottom of the box.

  4. Add the clams on top of the rock-weed.

  5. Add another layer of rock-weed over the clams.

  6. Place the fish on top of the second layer of rock-weed.

  7. Cover with more rock-weed.

  8. If available, place a cover on the box.

  9. Bake in the oven for a sufficient time.
